Realme - Declining to there own terms and conditions

Mohammad dawood filed complaint against Realme on Apr 20, 2021

My realme buds q were in warranty but case was physically damage so they are not in warranty now, I have arranged call me service they said buds can't be repaired but I have to give diagnosis charge. It's clearly mentioned in call me service terms and conditions that I have to pay diagnosis charge only when I don't repair and asked it for return. But I didn't decline for repair. Terms and conditions are of call me service but when I complain in realme service they said they are terms and conditions of phones. But it is clearly written they are terms and conditions of call me service not phones.
