My name is Prashant Nangia. Sir we have booked three special rooms in Hotel Rich Inn(shirafpur chowk opposite Sangam Cinema, near bus stand,Amritsar) I through OYO room services. They have told us that we are providing you the rooms for **** after **% discount and the actual cost is around ****. After coming in hotel we found the rooms are very dirty and were smelling bad. The owner himself brought the room fresher. There were three children with us among them we were having a special child. They took * hours to arrange the milk. There was a sugar patient with us and we asked for a water bottle for him to take medicine. They arranged water bottle after * hours. Pics enclosed
