Myntra - Debited from my account but did not place the order

On **th march **** i ordered * items from myntra aap. At about **.** they debited rs.****.** via google pay.

But today is *nd april ****.but still they did not place any order.

I tried to contact from **th march but completely unavailable.so i comment on their insta post regarding this nd file a complain on their aap where i gave them the proof that money is debited from their company.

First they disagree they said on payment is done but when i gave them proof they said it's may be because of network issue.

Now i just want my money back right now.

Please give me my money back
