I requested for change of plan on **th May ****, to family infinity plan - where * family numbers were added as a benefit.. and since then both the (child numbers) are facing issues - unable to make calls ; data has been deactivated , ISD had been deactivated by Airtel and now they are unable to resolve this.. its been over a month- inspite of repeated calls - speaking to floor supervisors, mangers etc.. escalation
but all in vain !!
