I chose a date to fly from Pune to Nagpur for Wednesday **th April. But while going through the process seems no issue and did my booking of flight for my parents. Now once ticket is done seeing the date of **th June and it was shocking. Everything was OK till payment and now said ** June. Horrible experience with this site. Now while trying to cancel the flight, showed Rs.* refund for this trip and to reschedule, adjusted amount is **** & again I had to pay the total Rs.****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
