Make My Trip Pvt Ltd - Date change of the booked Accomodation not being updated

I have booked my hotel from Make my trip for aamod Dalhousie Reference ID:[******-******] Date Change Enquiry PNR: ********** Booking Id: NH************* on ** august **** for the **October ** to ** October **under the name Saurav Marwaha for two guests I have been in conversation since *th oct **** as i have made a call from my overseas number to confirm the date change for which the mmt has issued to ammended voucher which clearly stated that my hotel booking has been changed to my new dates from *nd Nov** - to * Nov**. As being an overseas visitor and long time customer of mmt i firmly believed in them and changed my airticket from my early booking date that was being **th October and the return was ** nd october which was now being changed to **th Oct **** and return by ** Nov **** which cost me around AUD *** equivalent to exchange rate on the time it was being changed after getting the confirmation and ammended voucher that was being sent to me on *th Oct **** by swapnil and also call being made by my fiance through the registered mobile no. It was a clear case of mismanagement and fraud as the Hotel Rep Mr Mahesh who oversees the MMT bookings clearly stated that as they havent reccievved the ammended voucher so they considered a no show from **- ** Oct**. Since than more than ** times i have been calling through my number in india but their so called representatives keep on transferring the calls to different supervisors

I have all the call recordings that has been done to them none of them able to provide a resolution cant wait more on it . So i am in total loss of ***** which includes airfare cost of changing the ticket and hotel tariff.
