On nov *st i raised a complaint stating internet is not working on my mobile plz check and resolve the issue they said its a technical issue we will resolve within ** hours after **hrs still the issue not resolved again i called some other person lifted the call and they said still working on the issue the same aswer they are giving from past ** days today i.e **/**/**** also still are giving the same answer still working on the issue i dont why they are doing like this this is *nd time happened to me in august month also same thing happened now literaly i missed my office meeting because of data issue as i am in out of station i cannot book tickets fro travel and even i didnt even not able to check the status of travelling tickets or anything mentally they are tourchiring me plz do some needful to me
