Ordered and Received * damaged sofas worth **** rs each total **,*** rs.
Sofa fabric is torn and sofas are second hand and very poor quality.order id OD****************** and order id OD******************. They assigned technician named parveen kumar from jeeves who denied replacement and refund saying that defect is minor and you need to adjust with defect. Where as defect is major as fabric is completely torn and i should get completely brand new product not damaged

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
