Flipkart - Damaged shoes delivered

I purchased puma shoes from flipkart on **th feb, they delivered some fake brand, damaged shoes, I applied for return, they accepted the return, and their delivery partner denied picked up, Their customer executive asked me to cancel the return and change the return. They only changed my reason and again the same thing happens to me again they said to cancel the return and change the reason. They cancelled my return and the return period ends and now they are not making any return requests. Seriously this is the worst experience with flipkart.
