Hello,
My name is Amjad Khan I have bought an AmazonBasics premium mixture and grinder order number is #***-*******-******* . I got the item broken and I have placed a request for replacement and again I got the broken item. On **th feb same day I have called for costumer support and ask for help they created a return but I did not get any pickup call again I request and they created a new pickup on **th Feb as likewise I did not get any call then again I have requested to pickup and they created and again I did not get any call from them. Its around *th time I have requested but always negative. Please do help me to get my refunds back
