VISHAL filed complaint against PayTM on Jan 9, 2020
I have ordered a room heater from USHA on **th Dec **** against order number ********** and I received it on **th Dec ****, and when I opened it, it was damaged as its pluck pin is damaged and many scratches are there and packing is too rough and is completely used product. Same day I requested for returned and till now many times courier boy came and never accept it as saying that its a damaged product. I called *-* times customer care and every time they said wait for next ** hours and this time your product will be pickedup without any issue.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
