Amazon India - Damaged product received

despite the order being marked as an open-box delivery. The
delivery associate did not allow a proper inspection, making it
impossible to identify the damage at the time of delivery. I reported
the issue immediately and provided all requested photographs and
information. Since then, I have contacted Amazon customer
support multiple times and have repeatedly been asked to wait,
follow up again later, and accept extended resolution timelines.
Despite continuous follow-ups and repeated assurances that the
issue was escalated, no meaningful resolution has been provided. I
request an immediate replacement or refund, as the prolonged
delays and lack of action have caused significant inconvenience.
