Gurmeet Singh Khurana filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 8, 2021
I ordered a samsung refrigerator ***ltrs through flipkart worth *****₹. The delivery executive from e kart named Brijesh kumar unboxed the refrigerator himself in front of me and it had dent in the door and side body. I told the delivery executive to take back the product as i will not accept the damaged product. So he made a call to his senior and he(the senior) offered me extra **% discount on the product if i will accept the product in the same condition. He (the senior) assured me that refund will be credited in my bank account within * week from the date of delivery. Then after that i talked with flipkart customer care about the same thing but they refused to refund me **% but they agreed to replace the product for which i agreed. Now its been a month and no action has been taken in this and i have talked to the Flipkart customer service numerous times but they are not helping me in this
