Damaged leaking product. It was a gentle skin cleanser from Cetaphil. . They have already picked up the product from me but are not sending the replacement nor the refund. The ticket number on the app is *****.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
