Parcel delivered in damaged condition. The Bangalore office confirmed that they had received the item in damage condition, but they repacked and delivered it. But this is unacceptable, as the items within in has been meddled with the food items within the package and looks contaminated. The photos of the parcel at the initial stage and the final stage has been attached as proof.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
