Pack of two women underpants ordered for my partner and it was prepaid. They delivered one item intact the other won was clearly defective as it had a hole in it and the product comes under no returns/exchange policy which is unacceptable for manufacturing defects.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
