Agarwal Packer & Movers - Damaged Goods and Pathetic Claim Support

Agarwal Packers and Movers asked for a higher logistics cost quoting their service standards and upon using their services, I found * of my items damaged on arrival. On intimation of claim - phone number of an employee was provided who no longer works with them and has the contact number switched off. Got hold of another contact and he mentioned to arrive the next day but never did. Post email follow ups - received a response asking for pictures representing the damage. Post sharing the pictures, they asked me to get a quotation prepared for the repair of goods (which ideally should be there responsibility). I shared the respective quotation. No response post that. After several tries - got a response offering me a compensation that doesn't match the extent of damage. When I tried to discuss - they mentioned it is company policy. With no other choice - accepted it. Now, they have mentioned you will get the compensation after **-** working days.

Would recommend everyone to avoid using their crap services.
