I had booked to move my luggage from Mum to B'lore. And had paid the entire amount as the quote had mentioned through online payment on their website. However, due to the dates not sitting well with me, I canceled the booking and requested for refund. Despite repeated calls and mails the online thing I've received is false promises to wait for *-* days. Each time their response was the same. This is ging on for * months now.
