Agarwal Packer & Movers - Refund not initiated

I had booked APML for transportation of my goods from Coochbehar to Kolkata on the *rd of November.. they gave me a quotation of ***** , **% of which had to be paid right away for booking. I paid **** on the link provided by them . But due to some unavoidable circumstance I had to cancel the order the next day.. following which they promised to provide refund. I mailed their customer care providing screenshot of my payment via gpay. After a long wait finally on ** th November they told me I would get my refund in **-** days . After ** days, no refund ...I called again , they said *-* days then again I called after * days, they said *-* days then again *-* days and the saga continues. It is now **th December and still no refund. Customer care is of no help.
