Dear Sir/Madam,



I had booked your services to shift my luggage from Lucknow to Delhi under GC No. CFRLCK********* (Money Receipt No. ARVUP*********, dated **/**/****) in the name of Mr. Sachin Kunwar.



Throughout the day, I was assured multiple times by your staff that the truck would arrive on time and the shifting would proceed as scheduled. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups and calls to your support team and local manager, no truck arrived till ** PM, and no one responded to my calls.



This has caused severe inconvenience and stress, leaving me with no alternative arrangements late at night. The complete lack of coordination and communication is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.



In view of this service failure, I demand an appropriate discount or compensation in the freight charges . I expect a prompt response and corrective action at the earliest.
