LG - Damaged and used product received

We bought product from LG showroom and he gave product by saying that it was displayed clearance and not telling the details of it now we checked it has full of scratches and marks also the FM jack was damaged and used, the seller was saying he only repair the FM jack other wise we have to gave more money to him for new one which was in exact original price .
