As per the Swiggy Instamart policy if the order delivered on damaged condition they are replacing or refund the amount before * days
I have raise immediately after the product delivered and product was in damaged and old condition, i have raised this via support and through mail and twitter they committed the refund will be processed in * hr but * day ago I am still waiting and they are saying now on twitter check mail and in mail the same reply I got that we are unable to initiate.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
