I had placed an order for hot wheels * car set of *:** scale vehicles along with other items on **th Nov ** at *:** PM.
But when the order was delivered the hot wheels product packaging was damaged and one of the car is missing.
Upon talking to the customer care they told that they would refund me for one car but it is not agreeable to me as this is a gift hence I requested them to either replace or refund the entire product and they just kept transferring me from one support agent to other and their response was apathetic. They refused to replace or refund the entire product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
