I order a rather large instamart order costing Rs ****/- on *nd September ****. After sometime i got a call from swiggy that due to some operational issues they will have to cancel the order and asked how i want to be refunded to which i told them to refund it to the source. Post which i kept checking the app and the order showed active and is being packed. I contacted customer care through chats and call since then and even mail to all i have a useless reply asking me to write to their email id and they will consider my feedback for future improvements and are sorry. No one and no where they are able to initiate my refund. They are not answering properly and keep saying i need to write an email and they cant help me much. Emails have stopped getting any replies now. I have been using swiggy everyday for so many years and this is a classic example of being robbed by a brand using their image and escaping by not even replying decently.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
