I ordered a pressure cooker from instamart. Later it was identified that the product is no longer of use for me. There was no return request option present in the app. So I initiated a chat with the customer support. They declined my request. If it would have a normal purchase, a bill and product retained with tags is eligible for return.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
