I have ordered a Brother printer DCP T*** From PAYTM against order number *********** and I received it on *th Jan **** , and when I opened it, I get to know that printer showing error on screen and not working and I put return request on the same day *th Jan **** but Paytm not ready to return printer and printer packing is too rough. Paytm advised to take service from brother service center and I put request to brother service center for repair this printer and service center also denied for printer repair, service center said printer Allready opened in market and parts damage so service center will not provide service, and then again I contact with Paytm but Paytm rejected return request now printer have no use for me because printer not working till the date of delivery. Please help in this matter.
