Shobha Jain filed complaint against Titan Eye Plus on Mar 22, 2019
Purchased a customized spectacle from Titan Eye Plus in Aug'**. Since then one of the lens fallen twice from the frame and due to this, it has broken from the corner. I complained in their store where they didn't accept their manufacturing defect due to which lens has fallen twice. Instead, they said it must have happened because you only used one hand to wear specs (their assumed theory which is not true have an experience of ** years on how to wear specs). They refused to bear the cost of a new lens or any damage. Highly disappointed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
