I have ordered my sunglass and it's took * days and app shows dispatch on * day and after * days no track update and for three days I asked coustomer care executive they said today will deliver and with same ans they kept me home for three days while I asked them to compansate they said there is no rule of titan eye plus company to give compansate , means don't value your time even they don't give grevience they only said when order diliver that all from them ..they keep you saying today today and no guarantee which today is...and there is no compansate coustomer time value..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
