Titan Eye Plus - Claim issue

Hello, I'm cx of titan eye plus and i attested the photo of my bill below. Recently i found that in my titan Crest frame, coating of the frame is peeled off a little because of which the whole coating is now started to come out. I went to the store and the on which they agreed yes there is an issue but when they sent photo for the approval they said it was denied as it was no clearly visible that it's damaged but the store staff could directly see there that the issue is for real. There's clearly mentioned in the warranty that my Crest frame is eligible for any coating peel off mishap and I bought this costly product bcz of the company trust and now when I'm in the need of service they are telling me to do this and this, go to store and they took * days and then said to call cx care and they said to write mail. I'm literally fed up and regretting to buy from titan now..
