Titan Eye Plus - Goggle Received Broken

I Received courier on **/**/**** for Goggle. After opening I found goggle was broken at one of the Nose Guard was broken. I immediately e-mail the incident by email to titan Eye plus on **/**/****. I also talked to customer care and they told to make return request from App and I did it. Goggle was picked up . It's around one month I haven't received refund.
