Urban Clap - Damage my refrigerator

Hi

My name is wazid khan **/**/**** i call urban clap to repair my single door refrigerator and one technician come his name Mr vinod jain he told me your refrigerator have relay and over load protection is issue and he told me your refrigerator have one face relay i put * face relay they have no issue this two item they change after one hour when i open refrigerator .. i check the electric shock come through refrigerator and my building MC is closed for high voltage when we open refrigerator same issue come again and again today **/**/**** urbanclap technician came and he told me sir we put * face relay may be thats why compressor have received high voltage and your compressor is stop not woking now you need to change your compressor  .. if urbanclap have does not good professional technician they need to close the company but dont sent like this unprofessional technician.. now i need my refrigerator working condition because of your technician is not professional they put * face replay my compression is working stop .. thats a urban clap responsibilities i cant pay any thing for compressor urban clap technician fault company need to change compression and fix this issue i sent you replay picture and all relative picture please find attachment.. and solve this issue soon as possible otherwise i do serious action
