Urban Company formally Urban Clap - Damage due to negligence

I had made a booking on urban company for AC uninstallation. I told the technician that we are relocating and asked to him re-check everything. He assured us that he did.
Upon booking for AC installation, I've found out the error committed by your AC technician..
He has not taped the copper wire of Air conditioner resulting in irreparable damage.
Now I had to spend Rs **** on new copper wire since old one was damaged due to negligence of Urban company.
Urban company formerly known as Urban clap has refuse to accept their mistake citing out of warranty clause which is invalid and unreasonable.
Giving warranty for a day and want us to hire someone to cross check if uninstallation was done properly or not, in between moving to different city. Can't do basic uninstallation and we had to bear consequences.
BEFORE MOVING TO A DIFFERENT CITY, I SHOULD BOOK ANOTHER TECHNICIAN AND FIND OUT IF EVERYTHING WAS DONE AS PER NORMS OR NOT, BY URBAN COMPANY?
Telling me I didn't inform them on time as if I'm a AC technician and must know if AC uninstallation is done correctly or not.
Customer should study and learn AC uninstallation procedures so to guide your technician?
AND URBAN COMPANY HAS THE AUDACITY TO OFFER ME *** UC CREDITS, SO I COULD GET SOMETHING ELSE DAMAGED FROM YOU?
SOCIAL MEDIA TWITTER TEAM IS CALLING ME, TALKING OVER ME, NON STOP ARROGANTLY AND SAYING LAUGHABLE THINGS LIKE I HAVE GIVEN YOUR TECHNICIAN GOOD RATINGS. HOW ILLOGICAL CAN they GET?
Would they have been content if I had given him * star or minus ratings? Then they would have paid for the damages?
I HAVE GIVEN HIM HIGH RATING BECAUSE I AM NOT ISLAMOPHOBIC, BECAUSE HE ASKED ME TO GIVE HIM RATINGS, UNDERSTAND? BECAUSE OF THE ASSURANCE GIVEN BY HIM.
BECAUSE I MADE A MISTAKE OF TRUSTING URBAN COMPANY TO DO BASIC UNINSTALLATION PROPERLY AND NOT DAMAGE MY AIR CONDITIONER.
IT IS URBAN COMPANY'S FAULT AND WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.
