XpressBees - CyberFraud

I have ordered a product which was delivered by XpressBees and COD was collected, on the box XpressBees delivered had no originating seller address and they have committed a fraud, XpressBees is committing a cyberfraud and helping fraudulent sellers , this could be a threat to national security, i need to have my refund and adress the issue ASAP by identifying the fraud seller.
