Yash tank filed complaint against Airtel on Jan 29, 2019
First of all i request to everyone that don’t use airtel network.because their help support supervisor(Miss Rizwana) told me that that help desk is not for customers.that service supervisor don’t want to listen my problem.in a morning i just search a new plan in airtel (****#)with that tollfree number so without my permission that offer is activated and there is no option for activate.in that menu only that one offer is shown to me so more information I select that option after a second i Received a msg that Congratulations your offer has been activated.So immediately I go to the customer help decks and And told my problem to customer advisor(Miss Bhargavi & Miss Shradhha Pandey)So they told me that I can’t do anything.Thay told me about information that You will receive *.* GB/day and unlimited SMSAnd to activate that offer some time required so you wait for * hour.So after * hr again call to the customer service centre And at that time Miss Rizwana told me that’That is not my problem ‘.so many times i tried to told my problem but every time she told me that ‘I can’t do anything’ .So think about it if the senior supervisor is not helping you So how A great service that Airtel have...!!Again I request to everyone don’t use Airtel network.Because they only want customers money.They don’t want to listen to customers problem only they want MonEy.Thanks airtel to give me your valuable time.Jay hind
