Foodpanda - Customer care wont reply back

Ordered biryani and fish from foodpanda app at around * pm and didn't get the food at all.
Had a chat with agents who sent the same automated replies again and again.. till *pm I was told that the order will be delivered but all of a sudden I got a cancellation message and the chat support executive ended the chat..started chatting with other agent who didn't bother to reply at all as if he was blind and was not able to see my messages..
At night my brother ordered some food from foodpanda and same thing happened again . cancelled the order after one hour and no refund provided..
I must say that foodpanda is the new fruadsters in the market now whoose customer service is like hell..
