I have purchased Croma * ton ac on dated **.**.**** from Croma zirakpur branch. In the month of April **** i have raised my first complaint regarding E* error in ac on **th April **** and faulty part was replaced on dated **th April **** again no cooling complaint registered on dated * may **** and compressor of ac was changed on dated *RD July ****.
just after ** days now same E* occurred.
In just ** months I have used only * months last year. This season i have hardly used my ac for ** to ** days and now company raised expensive of rs **** for repair cost.
But as per company policy part warranty is ** days so according to this my replaced PCB is in warranty.
