I have made booking from yatra com having PNR ILKR*J (indigo) which i cancelled and indigo provided credit shell points of Rs ****, but on yatra account, they are saying there is no refund, neither i see any credit shell points option. There is no any customer care phone no, chat option is also not working, and they are not replying to mail also.
