Hi Team,
I booked my Flight in month of May on *th may and **th May (round trip) . Both of then was cancelled due to lockdown by Airlines. I got cancellation email from Airlines and they refunded amount to *rd party Agency ( Yatra) from where I booked ticket . When I log in to my account in Yatra , I couldn't see any credit shell, I contacted through mail, registered complaints in their official site, still didn't get any response from them .
If you could help with this that will be really good for me.
