I have raised a complaint for my flight dated **th april from ahmedabad to bangalore. They have asked to fill a form to get the amount in form of credit shell but its been *-* weeks yet they have not updated credit amount on my credit shell account. My PNR is K**URK. They are not giving me any response. On raising to nodal officer they mentioned to reach out to travel partner but i have already completed all the steps mentioned by travel partner to get the credit amount yet i haven't received any updates from airasia.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
