My Spice Jet flight booked on March, **** via MakeMyTrip with PNR : LFFZRN was cancelled due to COVID-** restrictions and the company had created a credit shell for the flight ticket amount. As per Government updates the company is supposed to refund the full amount to the passengers if the credit shell is unused till **st March ****. On contacting Spice Jet they mentioned that the amount had already been refunded to the agent that is MakeMyTrip and they would be refunding it back to my original mode of payment. I haven't yet received any refund and whenever I am trying to reach the customer service, the bot redirects to self-help link and then to credit shell balance.
I feel absolutely helpless and need the refund urgently.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
