I booked Indigo flight via paytm which got cancelled due to lockdown - Indigo PNR FJY*GW. Indigo put my amount in credit shell and later released it to Paytm. But Paytm keeps on saying that they haven't received credit shell refund amount from Indigo and even after several email/calls, money is refunded to me. Attached evidence from Indigo stating that they have released the credit shell amount to Paytm.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
