MAHENDRA SINGH filed complaint against State Bank of India on Jun 8, 2021
I have a sbi credit card and I was using this card since **** but in **** in covid-** pandemic I have lost my job in **** thats why I was not in that financial situation to pay card outstanding but sbi bank executives calling me for paying my outstanding. After that I request them to convert my outstanting in emi then they offer me a sbi restructring paln for paying in emi that was ** months plan and they said after you pay your * to * emis your card will be activated by bank but after pay * emi I again call bank costumer care for unblocking my card then he said you have to pay your whole outstanding amount after your card will be active. Now I have paid all emis and whole amount and my card now permanently blocked by bank and they are saying me you have to apply for new credit card. I need help for this issue. Please suggest me what should I do now.
