I booked a hotel in Goa "Boshan Hotel" and was directed to a room booking page where I put the details to book the room from ** to ** Feb **** . I selected the option book now and pay later and put in my credit card details , however I got the message that the transaction has declined . I tried the second time and I got the same message . Within a few minutes I got email from my credit card company that my card has been charged twice .
I contacted the hotel and they had no record of the reservation
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
