Intellipaat - Course delay and change of institute

I was suggested a course to IU and got enrolled i was told that no extra fees will be taken for the loan taken and paid to intellipat. I asked for the IU login credentials and exam dates but was told that there is additional fees and some documentation that need to be filled which is tedious post * months and suggested a change of institute which is singapore based. Again it was delayed and when i told that facing finacial crisis and have wasted * and half years without any enrollment and guidance i am not in state to continue and do not seek the course at this stage since i am in financial and no job situation. They first told will see to refund with deductions on call and the escalation team being rude and being gatekeeper and not allowing to speak to any further with denial mode of refund .
