Delhivery - Courier Executive Misbehaved acted like a goon

Delhivery is probably one of the best service provider in the New Delhi/ NCR Region. I really value the work and professionalism you guys have.
This is first time I have faced such a huge disappointment from you people.
The delivery person that came to take return for the Zara package “Amar” came to me few mins back, I gave him the package, he opened it and then refused to take the package because the jeans was worn out, I told him that this is how the jeans is and I showed him the picture but he refused, it obviously made me angry and when I said take it he came to me saying “ Tameez mein reh zara”, I spoke to the circle manager and he also said jo karna hai karlo , jahan complain karni hai karlo, police, delhivery. Zara.
Is this the kind of service you’ve started now?
Also, adding icing on the cake, the goon did not take my package
Please look into this matter as urgent.
I highly recommend DELHIVERY for couriers but with this type of goons delivering and picking up, I will have to look into other options.
