I ordered a cycle from Amazon and cancelled it on the same day. The cycle was already dispatched so it arrived. Amazon told me to courier the cycle to the seller as it was not a verified seller. I told them that the courier services are charging too much you should arrange this. They told me please return it whatever the charges are they'll refund. I sent the cycle to the seller on **nd November. There is no action since then and they are postponing it and now they're asking for documents which don't even exist.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
