I ordered a pair of Puma ForeverRun Nitro shoes for ₹**,***. Unfortunately, the shoes were defective, so I returned them within ** days—well within the return window.
Instead of providing a refund or replacement, I was issued a coupon code that cannot be used to purchase the same product. This is extremely disappointing, especially given the high value of the order.
I’m now being told that neither a refund nor a proper replacement is possible, which is completely unacceptable. I request immediate resolution—either a full refund or a replacement of the same product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
