Jagroop Singh filed complaint against Make my trip on Jan 24, 2021
I applied for for UAE visa through makemytrip.com. Their app shows the visa is has been delayed where as I received a mail from them confirming that the visa has been refused by the embassy.
Since last ** days I have been trying to get the copy of Refusal which is not being shared by MakeMyTrip. They have shared an application number which is not valid on UAE embassy’s track application column.
I seriously doubt the intent and working style of the company, it seems they have never presented my application and lied about the status as they can’t give any refusal letter till now.
I am trying best to contact them but on giving details on the IVR the call gets disconnected and the customer care is not helpful at all.
I will have to move to consumer court and challenge this company for fraud and mental harassment.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
