Abhijit Anant Pathak filed complaint against Symphony air cooler on May 30, 2024
I purchased Symphony air cooler on **th April **** from Lakhani Electronics, Akola. I fa t i purchased two models of same air cooler from the same dealer in a span of three days.
The first aircooler is performing satisfactorily with all its accessories. But the second cooler's base wheels were getting detached every day. I immediately contacted the dealer and raised my concern. He assured that the problem will be fixed. But no action taken. So i raised my complaint to Symphony service center. The technician visited yesterday and told that we will have to purchase new wheels costing ***/- as its not in warrenty. How the parts are not in the warrenty within the purchase of product in one and half months? Again the service engineer assured that the detached wheels can be fixed and it wont get detached. My complaint is since the cooler is under warranty period, I should get it repaired without any charge. Without replacing those old wheels, he fixed the same wheels mearly by applying some solution. To my surprise, there are no screws to fix it. How such a welknown company can deliver such worst accessories. I am damn sure these wheels will not even at their places for more than eight days even though we take utmost care. Looking forward for satisfa tory resolution to this complaint.
