I have booked * flights ticket today through Paytm. One of the flight is INDIGO and other one is Air India. As usual Paytm convenience fee has been charged for both tickets,But apart from Paytm convenience fee even Air India also charged Convenience fee of ***.So totally two convenience fee ***+***= *** has been charged for single ticket booking per head.Regarding this * times Convenience fee charged issue for single ticket I have contacted both AirIndia as well as Paytm but they are blaming each other for this. Paytm is telling to contact Airindia & Airindia is telling to contact Paytm. This is illegal & not acceptable.
